IMO neither game will suck. I will most likely end up getting at least one of them. But I don't see them really changing anything.

Lots more customization/personalization. Like different ammo types and small touches like different "red dot" reticules. There is new kill streaks and guns but so little has actually been said about multiplayer that it's hard to say if anything is new.

Medal of Honor multiplayer is being developed by Dice, who makes Battlefield. As far as I know, MoH is the closest you'll get to Bad Company without being BC. There are a few things changed given its a different engine but to sum it up it's an more arcade-y BC. Arcade-y means more like CoD.
